One of the most beautiful and peaceful sunrises I have met in my life! Thank you Niki & Sevgin Sen!
This beautiful sunrise happened in August, 2010.
I was on a small visit to my good friend and colleague Sevgin Sen in Çorlu, Turkey. After a while we decided to make a short trip around and see some historical places and monuments. The night we staid at a really nice hotel literally on the beach. It was a very calm and beautiful night and I decided I have to catch the sunrise in the morning. So there I was! At 6 sharp I got up and went to the beach with all my gear. There was only one fisherman who was trying to catch some bream on octopus bate. As I was unpacking my gear there came another photographer- an Asian guy with a DSLR camera looking with surprise and wondering what I was trying to do. The timing was perfect- just when I was “operational” the sun started to appear behind the buildings and I caught this beautiful panorama. Nice weather, great view and real friends- I need no more!
